  • Plumbing Service Installer
    Our plumbing service installers are responsible for installing new plumbing fixtures for customers in both residential and light-commercial settings. Ideal candidates are experienced self-starters who are comfortable working without supervision, and detail-oriented. This position also offers commission-based opportunities, so motivated individuals could succeed tremendously!

    This is a full-time position based out of Gulf Breeze, FL.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of five (5) years experience with plumbing services
    • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
    • Must possess basic computer skills
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving history
    • Must be willing to pass a background check and drug test*
    • Must be able to lift up 60lbs unassisted
    • Must be willing to work in extreme heat & cold
    • Must own basic plumbing and hand tools
  • Plumbing Service Technician

    Plumbing service technicians are responsible for conducting repairs, inspections, and other general plumbing services for customers in both residential and light-commercial applications. Ideal candidates are self-starters, comfortable working with minimal supervision, and detail-oriented to deliver outstanding services. This position is also eligible for commission-based income opportunities, so motivation is a plus!

  • HVAC Service Technician

  • Service Manager

    The Service Manager coordinates the field team to ensure the techs have what they need to complete the jobs to exceed the customer’s expectations.

    This is a full-time position based out of Gulf Breeze, FL

    Job Responsibility:

    • Train, Coach, and Manage field technicians. Provide sufficient knowledge, skills, training, and information to achieve peak performance, continuous improvement, and a positive, productive work environment consistent with company goals and objectives.
    • Meet with field technicians individually, bi-weekly (Team Member Accountability Check-ins)
    • Ultimately responsible for ensuring all items on your department’s Team Member Commitments meet or exceed expectations.
    • Hold a daily huddle with your department to prep for the day.
    • Ensure technicians submit all paperwork and money collected to the Office Manager daily.
    • Always be on the lookout for training opportunities and ways to keep field technicians on the front edge of skill development.
    • Participate in joint approval of hiring and termination with the General Manager.
    • Perform unannounced site inspections on each technician at least twice per month.
    • Perform ride-along with technicians as needed for observation and training, but once per month minimum per technician.
    • Review the Daily KPI spreadsheet received from the Office Manager and make adjustments as needed to keep direct expenses within appropriate levels. KPIs to monitor daily are Sales, Materials, Labor, 1099 Expenses, GPM, Time Sheets, Call Backs, and Memberships sold. See KPI systems for current standards and goals.
    • Review timesheets daily for technicians, check for accuracy, missed punches, and excessive overtime.
    • Review receipts of purchases by technicians to ensure purchased items are appropriate for the job.
    • Manage inventory movement through the company, including ordering when needed to avoid running out while maintaining levels not to exceed max count.
    • Approve special order part requests from technicians within 1 business day of request.
    • Meet inspectors onsite for inspection on all permitted jobs other than water heaters.
    • Create work schedules and review/approve time off requests from technicians while maintaining appropriate coverage.
    • Oversee the functions of the warehouse, including inventory control, cleanliness, and organization.
    • Oversee vehicle maintenance to ensure all vehicles are maintained and operating in a safe mechanical manner at all times.
    • Act as the second line of defense in resolving customer service-related issues that the Office Manager may not have been able to resolve.
    • Participate in admin on-call rotation.
    • Attend and participate in weekly meetings with GM and co-facilitate monthly meetings with GM.
  • Dispatcher
    The Dispatcher position holds a vital role in the company from being an Internal Revenue Generator by maximizing efficiency through their Ownership of the Dispatch Board.

    This is a full-time position based out of Gulf Breeze, FL.

    Job Responsibility:

    • Be present for the AM huddles with the Service Managers to allow for more insight into the day.
    • Be present for the AM huddles with the Technicians to allow for more insight into the day.
    • Hold AM and PM huddles with the CSRs to ensure that they have insight into how you want the job board to flow for the day.
    • Review the previous day’s Recall Report and make edits when necessary.
    • Control the job board to maximize profitability. This includes monitoring the dispatch board throughout the day to make necessary changes.
    • Control the marketing throughout the day/week/month to accommodate the job board capacity.
    • Ensure that the right technicians are on the right jobs.
    • Ensure that the Technicians are dispatched and working on appropriate jobs.
    • Adjust time sheets, when necessary, on jobs that were not dispatched or arrived correctly.
    • Ensure that the technicians have the appropriate time and labor to complete their jobs.
    • Ensure that all equipment rentals and returns are scheduled to match the job board.
    • Call in Locates per job requirements.
    • Review current day’s Job Types and Business Units to ensure that they are correct.
    • Review the following day’s dispatch board for maximum efficiency.
    • Take incoming calls from technicians when they need a time or labor change.
    • Use slack for this communication whenever possible.
    • Answer overflow customer calls.
    • Make confirmation calls for the following day’s appointments.
    • Communicate with the Warehouse Manager to know when parts are in so that we can get the “On Hold” jobs scheduled.
    • Permits and Notice of Commencements
    • Obtaining a Notary Public is required for this position.
    • All outbound scheduling for inspections will be delegated to CSRs.
    • Send the team an “End of Day Recap” via Slack.
    • Participate in the Administrative on-call rotation
    • Attend meetings that are key to the position
    • Monthly team meetings
    • Bi-weekly “One-to-One” meetings with the Office Manager.
  • Customer Experience Specialist
    The CSR is a customer-facing position and represents the customer’s first contact with Paradise Home Services. This position sets the tone of the entire experience for the customer. Efficient and effective scheduling is also a key task this position takes ownership of.

    This is a full-time position based out of Gulf Breeze or Pensacola, FL.

    Job Responsibility:

    • First in line for incoming phone calls. Answer within 2 rings and provide a pleasant experience for the caller.
    • Manage the chat function of the website by responding to chats during normal business hours within 5 minutes.
    • Process all leads from electronic sources in 2 minutes or less.
    • Schedule jobs as needed based on the details of the job under the supervision of Dispatch.

  • Inventory Specialist
    The Inventory Specialist is directly responsible for setting up the techs to have the inventory and supplies needed to complete their jobs and WOW the customers. The Inventory Specialist is a huge PART of the smooth operation of the service we provide!

    This is a full-time position based out of Gulf Breeze, FL.

    Job Responsibility:

    • Company vehicles – Vehicle Maintenance & Repair System available as a detailed guide to company standards.
    • Ensure oil changes are performed on all vehicles every 6000 miles with synthetic oil and tires are rotated every other oil change. Perform all other routine maintenance of the vehicles per the recommendations of the manufacturer.
    • Address and remedy repairs that need to be made. The address within 24 hours and complete repair within 72, repairs required over $500 need to be pre-approved by the Operations Manager in advance of the repair.
    • Perform vehicle inspections while tech is in One-to-one with their direct supervisor using the Vehicle Inspection Form. Notify Operations Manager via email of any major or repetitive infractions on the same day as inspected. Refer to A & B above based on the current inspection.
    • Communicate with the Service Managers about Special Orders and Warranty Parts. When it comes in, the Service Managers and Dispatch must be notified via email that same do so the job can be put back on the schedule. Refer to the Special-Order Parts System as the standard.
    • Keep the warehouse clean and organized using the Warehouse Cleaning System as a guide.
    • Responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of standard supplies ready and available for technicians to restock their vehicles while maintaining the current Direct Expense KPI, using the Supply Purchasing and
    • Receiving System as the standard.
    • Running parts from warehouse or supply house to job sites as needed. See the Parts Running System as the standard.
    • Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all equipment as well as keeping track of where all equipment pieces are at all times. See the Equipment Tracking & Maintenance System as the standard.
    • Responsible for taking scrap to scrap yard. See the Scrap Metal System for the guidelines and standards.
    • Assist the service managers in performing monthly inventory counts on the vans and the warehouse to ensure levels are appropriate and the shortage is avoided. See Inventory System for the standard.
    • Fulfill tech pick lists within 1 business day. See Truck Stock System as a guide.
    • Perform monthly building inspections, fill out the Building Inspection Form, and address the results of the inspection. Correct any high-priority issues you see between the monthly inspections to keep the building in good repair at all times. See the Building Maintenance System for the standard.
    • Maintain professionalism at all times by the Service Manual.
    • Be in uniform at all times while working. Maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times by the Uniform Policy.
    • Reply to all forms of communications from the office or supervisor within 2 hours of receiving them.
