Carl M. from Paradise Home Services was knowledgeable, friendly, and highly competent at addressing my home's hot water issues and explaining the range of choices available to me from Paradise Home Services. Mason, Scott, and Taylyr installed the Essency water heater and did so with the highest level of care and service. They all treated my home as they would their own and were considerate, polite, and professional throughout the process. When the new water heater they brought turned out to have a scratch on it, they had another one brought out without even asking me about it. They wanted to install a perfect water heater and that is what they did. They clearly weren't going to settle for good enough, and that from my experience is a rare quality in any profession. Whenever they entered my home they had on plastic covers for their shoes, which we appreciate since we never wear shoes in our house. Again, this wasn't something I had to ask for, but something they simply did. I can't say enough good things about the excellent staff of Paradise Home Services; they solved our hot water problems quickly and effectively. A better group of people you could not hope for to come out to your home, especially for a fix as important as a water heater.

Wonderful Job Installing Hot Water Heater
We had an appointment at 9:30 and Chad arrived promptly and right on time! He did a wonderful job installing our new hot water heater! He explained everything in depth and made sure we knew what we had to do on our end to keep everything in working order! Explained our warranty to us and showed us where he had posted stickers of company information to easily get in touch with them, if need be! Would recommend this company, Chad and his expertise to anyone!

We just bought our first home and realized our water heater needed to be replaced ASAP. We reached out to Paradise Plumbing and they were super fast about getting someone out to look at it and give us a quote. Adam Biernacki showed up to do this and was very professional and explained everything. Exceeded My Expectations
I had a hot water heater completely die and I left a message with Paradise Home Services before they opened. The call was returned at 7:30 am by an extremely friendly woman who told me she would send someone to my home for an estimate. Justus called me when he was on his way and he was very polite and gave me an estimated arrival time. I also received a text from Paradise with his picture and a short biography of his experience and what he enjoys in his spare time. How amazing to tell me about my technician. He was on time, very polite and explained every option available to replace my hot water heater. The good news was they could complete the job that very day! I accepted the estimate which was well within industry standard and the installer was Taylyr. Again, I got a text with his picture and bio so I knew who was arriving at my home and was notified that he was on his way. Justus informed me that they were all working to get us hot water again and they exceeded my expectations. I just want to say that I have been disappointed by so many other companies and service providers in the past that this was a breath of fresh air.
