I highly recommend Paradise Home Services for either your plumbing or AC. The team is very professional and helpful. I needed a new AC unit and Andrew the manager was very helpful and explained everything in detail. The technicians they sent out were Aiden, Ryan, and Matt. From the phone call to let me know when they were on the way until the job was done, they were all professionals and did not stop until the job was done and it was an all-day job. They cleaned up after they were done and were careful when walking on my carpet.

Big thanks to Paradise Home Services for resolving our plumbing issue today. Justus truly listened and followed through by sending Chad, who worked closely with Wayne from the restoration company to eliminate the odor coming from the toilet. Their teamwork was excellent. Taylyr also stopped by and let us know the office will follow up to balance the septic pipe. Great service and communication all around! I also want to thank Ryan and his partner from Paradise Home Services; they did an outstanding job installing our new AC unit! They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. This company is amazing—after our roof is done, they’ll be back to complete the Aeroseal and air duct cleaning. Highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC services!

We had a new AC unit installed by Jayson and Ryan. Fantastic! They were on time, professional, and very polite, did an excellent job explaining the unit and cleaned up afterwards. The temporary AC unit overflowed and leaked water into the garage below. They took the time to check it out and treated the area for mold prevention. We’ve had Paradise work for us previously and always had the same professional experience! Highly recommend!

Not only did he provide us with more than one quote for a new system, he made sure we got the best deal and followed up to make sure everything was great. He is the reason we decided to use this company for repairs on our other property and luckily he was the technician sent there. A Real Pleasure Having Him Help Me Oct 11, 2023

Jake came out 10/09/2023 to inspect the AC system to see what repairs were needed on it. He was respectful and professional. He was very helpful in helping me make the decision on what I needed to have done. He took the time to work up the cost of doing several repairs on the system and then what the cost of a total replacement would be. A real pleasure having him help me. The following day 10/10/2023 two workers (Greg and another young man, whose name I don't remember) from Paradise Home Services came with the new HP and air handler. They were very polite and professional. Got right to work. Made sure to take their time both taking out the air handling and putting in the new one to make sure they didn't damage anything in my laundry room, which was a very tight area for them. They stayed right with their work and after completion they cleaned up all around the area they had been working in. Even made sure to wipe down the doors that they had handled. Greg made sure I had all the paperwork and informed me of the warranty and how their office would help me with it. Kimberly at their office was very helpful with getting the warranty input for me and providing me with the copy of it via email. She was pleasant and enjoyable to work with.
