Really great people! Very helpful and professional. Saved my weekend. Had another issue come up with AC unit. Again, these guys were awesome! Ian worked for hours and made this AC better than the day I got it. It has never worked as well as it does now! Matthew Beck repaired vents and gave me great information to avoid further damage. All of you worked on my AC like it was yours or family. Now, no one likes to pay $$ for repairs, but I feel like this was a great deal and an investment for the work they all put into my home. I can't say enough about the respect and quality of their work.

Nate and Ian arrived promptly and serviced our A/C unit. They checked everything, including furnace, and replaced a capacitor and patched the furnace intake also. They also found a small gas leak, which I will call Okaloosa Gas tomorrow. They were both friendly and professional, and everything works well. This was our first service call with Paradise, and we will be using them for all of our future A/C and plumbing issues and maintenance.

I believe I have used this company twice now and they are amazing! I do have to say that the techs are honest. The first time I used them, my initial quote was around 3,000 to fix a leak in the attic from the AC, but once the techs came out and inspected it further, they let me know that it was only condensation from a lack of insulation around the ventilation shafts and reduced my price by more than half. Most companies would have just run with the original quote! I can honestly say that I will use them from here on out! Definitely exceptional.

At 8:10 Dustin Keefe from your PCB company arrived, determined the issue, fixed it, took pictures, and explained what the problem was. Kudos to your company for such an excellent choice of a young man to represent your company; his work, knowledge, and customer service skills were impeccable. I’m very happy with PHS’ installation of our A/C condenser. It went out on July 3rd and I couldn’t get a hold of any other HVAC places. I had to call a couple times but when I finally reached someone at PHS, they hit the ground running to solve our problem. They sent a quote within minutes and promised to be able to install on July 5th. Then they brought over a portable AC that day to hold us over through the holiday. The techs were really friendly and empowered to think outside the box to get everything up and going quickly. The price was kind of steep but well worth it in my opinion.

I cannot say enough about Mr. Heath. Usually, the guys that are catching calls on the weekend are grumpy and irritable and upset that they're working on the weekend. This guy drove up with a smile on his face and was very pleasant. I think we all know that in this day and age there are not many tradesmen out there that really know what they're doing! If they do, they seem to have a chip on their shoulder. Heath is very knowledgeable and explained the problem and the solution in layman's terms to me. Heath really has an aura around him that just says he's a good and wholesome person. There was also a young lady I spoke to on the phone and although I could not see her face-to-face, I remember thinking how cheerful she seemed. I guess the old adage ‘birds of a feather flock together’ holds true. Personality goes a long way with me. Both of the people that I had contact with seemed like they were really happy in their careers. They didn't have anything to hide; they both were honestly and genuinely wanting to help. Thank you so much, Heath and the girl that I spoke to on the phone, and it is presently 69° in my house hallelujah amen.
