The two technicians, Mason and his partner, were truly outstanding! Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough! They were efficient with their time and actually cleaned up after they finished! I would say I was surprised, but the real surprise was that everyone I came in contact with or spoke to on the phone displayed the same professionalism and knowledge! You could see in their faces and hear in their voices that superior customer service and satisfaction was job one! I bragged to them that the others I encountered were just as impressive as they seemed. Plus, their pricing was reasonable! To the point that I volunteered to pay my full order up front, even though they had to order the specific water heater I wanted, which only required a down payment! I only write over-the-top reviews for people or businesses that impress me to that level. Paradise Home Services did exactly that! Well done!!!

Wow! They were able to send a technician for an estimate to replace a water heater and then within 4 hours had it replaced. Dustin was outstanding at explaining the huge range of electric water heaters available and the installation process. Chad knocked it out of the park with his customer service and generosity. Although he was there to install a toilet, I had questions about the hot water heater Kim and Taylor installed the week before. Chad explained how to drain the hot water heater and found the electrical fuse to turn it off. Chad went above and beyond to explain important information about my new water heater. Taylor and Kim were super professional and courteous. You have a great team.

Had a 13-year-old water heater rust out and die. Paradise Plumbing & all associates (esp. Chad) give me 5-star service, even fixing the problem the very day I called. Raising 2 teen grandsons is challenging enough alone, but saying there’s no hot water would not have been an option lol. I’ve used them previously and will continue to do so. I have rental property so have a strict knowledge of efficiency and outstanding work. Paradise passed the mark. 10 stars

I found Paradise Home Services through Home Depot. Very pleased with their service replacing my old hot water heater. I have a rental property and couldn't meet them there. Chad was my technician and he let himself in, took care of the work, cleaned up after, and let me know when he was done. He was also kind enough to find another issue we weren't aware of. Great service all around. Very pleased. My only frustration was the fact that when the technician called me and I called him back it was the main number. I had to go through their system before I could speak with him, and one time they couldn't transfer me. Wish I could call him directly especially since I wasn't there onsite. Otherwise, everything else was great.

During the inspection and estimate for a new hot water heater installation with Chris, I felt like our home was treated with respect and I never felt hassled or obligated to use this company's services. Amazing quality work. The water in our thermal expansion tank on our hot water heater blew out, hot pressurized steaming water spraying the inside of our garage. We called Paradise, based on ratings, they had a cancellation and were here within half an hour. The service was superb. From the woman answering the phone to the man who fixed our tank. The gentleman explained everything, plus we got a military discount! Woo hoo, and we were back with hot water a little after nine. I would call Paradise in the future for any work we needed done. Plumbing or other services they provide.
