Chad was absolutely amazing. He came out to check our hot water heater and toilets because we weren’t getting hot water and the toilets were continuously running. While he was here, he discovered that the hot water heater was actually on fire, which could have been extremely dangerous. Chad immediately took all the proper precautions to make sure my home and family were safe and that we were comfortable until repairs can be completed on Monday. He explained everything clearly, stayed calm, and handled the situation professionally from start to finish. He was friendly, flexible, and very professional, and I truly felt like he cared about our safety—not just the job. I’m incredibly grateful for his quick thinking and thoroughness. Highly recommend Chad to anyone needing plumbing services!

The BEST plumbing experience! We had an emergency plumbing situation to which Thomas stopped by same day, identified, resolved temporarily, and provided a reasonable quote for the permanent repair. A few days later, Kimberly and Scott showed up and within a few hours, reviewed all the things, updated our options with additional quoting, and completed the work, all to our expectations! Kimberly, Scott, and Thomas were each incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Pricing was fair and reasonable and the work was solid! Based on this experience, I highly recommend Paradise Home Services and will call on them in the future for our plumbing and HVAC needs!

It started with flood…washer shutoff popped and caused a gusher. Thomas came much earlier than expected and went far and above. Next day AC wasn’t working because air return flooring dropped. Nate came to check it out and he was amazing and gave me the estimate. Next day Caleb and Jayson came and did all the grunt work. Hard, dirty, and difficult work. They came at 8AM!! Honest, respectful, fair priced, and great customer service. Plus great at cleaning up. Look nowhere else for plumbing/HVAC needs! Phenomenal business!

A picture is sent via text before the technician's arrival, so we know who is coming to the house. We love this peace of mind. THANK YOU! Paradise Homes has helped our family in 3 crises now. Coming out to our home SAME DAY as our issues occurred we couldn't be happier with their ability to work you in. We have also noticed we get the same technician and we couldn't be happier with Justus. He is a hard worker and does his best to find the right options within your budget. He has been so sweet to our son and even let my son pretend to help him "fix" things. Seriously you don't get that kindness anywhere these days. Helping us with our main waterline rupture, hot water heater and now a leak in the wall all with copper piping.
