Mr. Justus is the greatest of all time when it comes to plumbing. This man worked in 90+ degree heat two days in a row to get my lift station going again. He was prompt with scheduling and was very courteous and walked me through the options I have for my aging sewage lift station. He provided thorough explanations and explained exactly what he was doing and how he was going to do it. We have our lift station pumping like it should and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Justus and the Paradise Plumbing family!

Justus and Taylyr came out today to repair our sewer pump. Justus was out this morning and did the diagnostic and quote. He and Taylyr came back this afternoon to do the repairs. They are both completely professional and easy to speak with about pricing and progress with the work they are doing. I only have compliments for both gentlemen and the services provided.

We contacted multiple companies to provide a quote on examining our sewer pipes to determine what was causing a gurgling in our bathroom. Paradise Home Services was professional and provided details about the process along with a quote, so we chose them for the process. When Paradise Home Services came to inspect our pipes, they were professional and friendly. They completed the job quickly, provided me with an explanation of the problem, showed me pictures and a video of the problem, and explained the steps to solve the problem. They also emailed a copy of the findings to my husband, as he was out of town, and provided both a verbal and written quote. We are having them complete the next phase, which is cleaning the pipes.

Paradise Went Above and Beyond Apr 29, 2024

So here's my story - my family and I had noticed that our drains, sinks, and toilets were all gurgling and starting to back up. We called Paradise, and they sent out a team to investigate. They found that our sewer drain lines had bellied and that we needed to replace all the drain piping. Our hearts sank 'cause I know how expensive that can be! But they were very kind and promised to work with us. Later they quoted us about $7800 after all kinds of discounts. This was a great price compared to others, but it was still outside our range of capability. Eventually, though, God provided $7000 for us to do this, and we contacted them to ask if we could work out a way to pay the remainder via financing or some other ways. Again, they went above and beyond, and after a few hours, they contacted us to let us know they would do the project for $7000. This was a huge blessing! And we were so excited for them to get started. They came out and were very professional, courteous, and timely. They started trenching and getting everything ready when they suddenly came upon a hiccup both from our house and from the sewer line. It seems code back in 1971 when our house was built didn't match the necessary code of today, and all of a sudden, we were faced with the potential of having to purchase a pump that could have been an addition of several thousand dollars. Again our hearts sank 'cause we did not know what we were going to do, but Paradise never gave up on us or pushed us aside for other easier projects. They sent a supervisor out named Chris, and he showed up and reexamined everything meticulously. He spent several hours studying and grading and leveling, and then came to tell us that they were going to completely restart the project and that he was 98% positive they could manage to do this project for us without the need for a pump. He and his awesome crew came out and worked tirelessly to do what we had begun to fear was impossible. They then set up the time for the inspection, and it passed!! PTL! Then a different crew came out and re-leveled and filled in the trench. And honestly, this is maybe the only slightly negative review I have. The crew worked hard, but this is the only part that I was not as pleased with as both the neighbors' yards on both sides of the house had gotten a bit torn up and the leveling actually wasn't completed perfectly, leaving us to fill a lot of mountains and trenches and us fixing the neighbors' yards as well, but I can't complain too loudly because my experiences with Paradise were such a breath of fresh air as they really seemed to care about us as people and not as a project, and they really went out of their way to work with us and make a way for us, understanding both our financial situation and our plumbing needs. This company earned a 5-star review from me and my family, and we are forever grateful to them. And I'd love to give a special shoutout to the people that went above and beyond for us at Paradise - Chris (He is awesome!!), Taylyr, Scott, Kimberly, and Caleb. Paradise Home Services completed 2 jobs for us, one being a very big project of removing our septic and connecting us to the city sewer. The second was fixing a leak that needed immediate attention. They were able to come out the same day and solve the issue in a matter of minutes. The technician Matt Beck was very helpful in explaining what the problem was and how it could be avoided in the future. Very happy with their services.

Thomas came to my rescue. Over Thanksgiving, with a house full of people, our sewer had a blockage that a different plumber was unable to clear. Thomas identified the problem and took care of it quickly and left no mess. If it's Paradise Plumbing then he must be an angel!

My husband and I required plumbing services over the weekend. We initially contacted a local plumber, and after assessing the damages, they told us that we had to wait until weekday Tuesday to get the sewer line fixed. We decided to get a second opinion, and Paradise Home Services went above and beyond and delivered beyond our expectations. Shout out to Dexter Murphy, who went above and beyond and came in and immediately started working in the hot sun, trying to fix the problem. Dexter Murphy was so professional, and you can tell he loved doing his job.
