Chad was absolutely amazing. He came out to check our hot water heater and toilets because we weren’t getting hot water and the toilets were continuously running. While he was here, he discovered that the hot water heater was actually on fire, which could have been extremely dangerous.
Chad immediately took all the proper precautions to make sure my home and family were safe and that we were comfortable until repairs can be completed on Monday. He explained everything clearly, stayed calm, and handled the situation professionally from start to finish.
