Carl came on time to our house and I explained the problem with our garbage disposal. He ran the disposal and then took the piping below it apart. After showing me the clog, he cleared it as he explained what caused the problem. Carl was professional and easy to work with. We will call Paradise Plumbing, the next time we have a problem.

Had my grinder alarm go off. Called Paradise and they made an extra effort to have someone here by the afternoon to diagnose the issue. Jeff was great and personable. After thorough testing he determined it was a bad pump. Joe and Scott were here the next morning and within a few hours had everything fixed, tested, and running again. They even were gracious in answering my numerous questions as I watched the replacement. They were efficient and totally knowledgeable about the grinder and its operation. I have used them for grinder maintenance before and would use them again. But be prepared, grinder motors are not inexpensive as there is much work involved.

Perseverance is Unmatched
Taylor and CB arrived promptly on time, and ready to go. They are very easy to talk to and willing to explain everything. I had a mean grease ball stuck in my kitchen drain, and after hours of attempting at it, I had to call it quits for the day. Taylor would have easily stayed all night working it. His perseverance is unmatched and highly appreciated. I work nights and requested them to be back at noon, and noon on the dot was when I heard the trucks pull up. The second day was Taylor and Bradley and they brainstormed ideas on how to attack this grease ball, cleaned up and calibrated their gear, and were ready to go in less than 5 minutes upon arrival. The A team with their new plan of attack had my sink working again in less than 20 minutes. I am happy, impressed, and will be back for future plumbing needs. Taylor, Bradley, CB, and Adam (sorry if I misremember Adam's name) are all great guys, professional, and easy to work with. They are all pet-friendly and let my dog sniff them and greet them, and are trustworthy. I literally walked my dog multiple times while leaving the guys to work in my home. Again, I'm very happy. Thanks guys, and especially Taylor who kept the morale high throughout the whole ordeal.

Adam came and checked out the grinder pump to see what was wrong. Said either new box (no guarantee it would work or for how long) or new pump and box. Two hours later Thomas and Stephen came and installed the new grinder pump. All 3 were courteous, professional, on time, and did a great job. Mitch did our 6-month inspection. He was on time, courteous, and thorough. Informed us of our options without being pushy.
