Had a great experience with Paradise. We had a new system installed with the old ducting cleaned and sealed. The first day we got the nasty old unit out with the assistance of Timothy and John. Both were amazing and did great work. The unit ran great that night and quickly cooled the house back down from being off all day. Sounded great too. The second day they came and removed all the vents, cleaned the ducting, and then sealed it all up. Installed a new UV light/air purification system and that night the air just felt cleaner. Only issue, which is very small, is now the handler in the garage has a slight whistle to it, probably from the new UV lights installed and the air trying to get around them. Small price to pay for clean air. The second day was Matt and another guy; I can't remember his name, but they did great too. Discovered a couple issues that might have been why the old system didn't cool as well and quickly fixed and secured the ducting better. Just good peace of mind knowing the whole system is sealed, cleaned, and fresh. Thanks again. Look forward to having continuous service from them to maintain the unit in peak working order.
