Five stars for Paradise Home Services. The scheduler listened patiently while I vented about the last HVAC crew who botched our system—she cared, and it showed. Then Jordan showed up: technically proficient, no-nonsense veteran with zero fake charm or used-car-salesman tactics. He diagnosed everything spot-on, explained exactly what was needed to correctly fix my system, and shared their clear pricing—a part I’d paid $416 for? They would have replaced it for $185. He also made it clear his company isn’t about high-pressure sales and they own it if they ever mess up, which is exactly the subject I am having to fight with with my previous HVAC company. By the end of the day, he had a full estimate ready. I’ll get Paradise to fix it once I recover my maintenance fee from the bad company—then I’ll use that toward the real repair. Thanks, Jordan—and thanks to the scheduler. You guys are the real deal. They were able to install a new HVAC system, blow the proper amount of insulation into my attic, which was way too low, and also reroute a dryer exhaust to a proper location.
